A. No. Once you have successfully completed the course, that's the end of the Matter.

Q. The course date I have been offered is difficult for me.  Can the date be changed?
A. The Police give us a date by which you need to have completed the course.  We will try our best to allocate a place on another course if possible, however if we are unable to do so, we will need to refer you back to the Police.

Q. What happens if I am late, or I am unable to attend on the day?
A. If you are late, you will not be admitted to the course.  It is your responsibility, having accepted the offer of the course, to ensure that you arrive in plenty of time.  If you are ill, you will need to contact us as soon as possible and you will be required to provide a doctor's certificate.  In either situation your case will be referred back to the Police for their consideration.
